Sub: Prayer for a seat in the school hostel.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a student of your school. But recently my father has been transferred from X to Y. Here I have no relative to reside with. So I am badly need of a seat in your school hostel.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a seat in the hostel and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently,
