The Headteacher,

X Pulic School & College,Dhaka

Sub: Prayer for permission to use the school ground.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we, the students of your renowned school, are keenly interested to hold a fair in our school ground on the celebration of   Pahela Baishakh, the first day of  New year . We think people of different creeds and cast will gather there to buy various attractive products. It will also help us to enjoy the day in our heart,s content. So your kind  permission is needed to use the ground for a day only.

We would request you to kindly permit us to use the school ground and oblige thereby.

Sincerely yours,

The students of X School & College.
